Using NourishCal
By using NourishCal, you agree to these terms. NourishCal is a general wellness and nutrition tracking service, not a medical service. Use it responsibly and review estimates before relying on them.
Your account and content
Keep your account credentials secure. Submit only information and photos you have the right to use. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with other users.
Nutrition estimates
Food recognition, portions, calorie values and nutrition targets may be inaccurate. NourishCal does not guarantee results or suitability for a medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or individual dietary advice.
Plans and payments
Current plan details, scan allowances, trial availability and prices are shown on the Subscription page. A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay, subject to the payment authorisation you approve at checkout. Cancellation status and the end of paid access are shown in your account.
Availability and applicable rights
The service may experience interruptions or change over time. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections you have under applicable law.
